Irish Crochet small motif collar

Standing collar part is 2". Top of collar to edge of point 10". Edge to edge midway roughly 30" across. Neck measures just under 16".
Excellent condition.

Small dense motifs, thin lines. Good raised work in motif centers and multiple raised picots around some centers.
